Thank you so much for taking time to read my policies page. Please read through to understand my delivery, return and care policy. My number one priority overall are my wonderful customers. I am so grateful for your support, and I strive to offer you nothing other than fantastic customer service, and an overall happy and lovely shopping experience. Everything on my little shop is handmade by me in my little studio in the south of England. I try and source only the highest quality of materials, but I am a sucker for customisation so I adore thrifting and adding a new lease of life into tired pieces!

I strive for absolute perfection with every single thing I make, and my pieces are trialled through sketching and experimentation to make it something you will treasure forever. Having said that, please note that I am NOT a pro crafter. I have never been taught how to craft and I have only learnt how to do things in my own way.

Because my pieces can be quite instritic in parts please be very careful of your new creation, and treat them with much love and care! If you look after them nicely they will be around for a very long time. A lot of my pieces like my headbands can be washed like any normal fabrics, and I often iron out my wire headbands with care to keep them neat and tidy.

There are certain pieces that will need to be treated very, very carefully. Items include: butterflies, butterfly garlands and floral garlands. All of these pieces are made with paper flowers or hand painted butterflies which means that they do not mix well with water or harsh conditions! So, it’s best to keep these products for when the sun is shining. I mean, a teeny bit of water may not cause them much harm in the short term, but it’s better to be safe than sorry, and so I always advise customers to look at a weather forecast before wearing these pretties out!

I aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days (any floral or butterfy crown will take 5 days). Any custom orders will take longer, subject to the availability of materials and components needed. After your order you will receive an email to notify you that your order has been sent out. If you missed this email please check your junk mail but if it does not appear please do not hesitate to contact me and I will get a copy emailed to you personally.

Postage and packing is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the size and weight of your parcel, and is as follows:

♥ UK Delivery: £3.00
♥ EU Delivery: £3.50
♥ Rest of world Delivery: £4.50

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges due must be paid by recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges, customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

My post and packages charges include the initial postage cost, an envelope and a gorgeous, lovingly gift wrapped product. The above prices do not include insurance or tracking. If you would like this service then that is absolutely fine, but please either let me know before your order, or add it to your order. For some countries this can cost quite a lot, which is why I only offer economy postage, but I am more than happy to advise you on tracking and insurance.

Please note UK postage can take within 1-5 days, EU shipping 4-12 days, and worldwide postage can sometimes unfortunately take up to 20 days (although most commonly between 2-4 weeks). Postage has been extremely slow to USA and Canada lately, so please do not worry too much if your package seems to be taking more time than usual.

I really hope you adore your new accessory but of course I am happy to offer any refunds if the item arrives broken or is not as described. I can offer a full refund (minus the delivery charge) within 7 days of purchase. Please remember to obtain and keep the certificate of postage from the post office as this will act as your proof of delivery.
